Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Process Manager in the United States. This hybrid role requires 3–4 days on site weekly and supports candidates in TX, NC, SC, or GA with potential travel to nearby markets.

You will develop, implement, and sustain a unified IMS across multiple SI EP NA factories, ensuring ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement under the Quality Engineering Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in quality management with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 experience.
• Experience in internal audit planning, execution, findings management, and corrective actions.
• Experience with document control, records management, and certification support.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management with stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve a unified Integrated Management System across multiple factories.
• Merge separate policy processes into one cohesive system with unified procedures.
• Coordinate external surveillance audits, recertification activities, and compliance documentation.
• Plan, lead, and manage the internal audit program and closure of corrective actions.
• Coach process owners on compliance and drive a culture of quality, environment, health and safety.
• Analyze audit findings and system metrics to support leadership decisions and improvements.
• Lead document control and records management to ensure current, accessible documents.
