Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Scheduler in High Point, North Carolina to support the Program Manager by maintaining a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and updating the schedule across the program period of performance. You will coordinate schedules across multiple projects, disciplines, and locations, ensuring accurate dependencies and milestones are tracked and analyzed.

The role requires IMS experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project, and the ability to lead schedule reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; four years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree.
• Two+ years IMS experience and advanced Microsoft Project knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze the program's resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project.
• Integrate schedules across projects, disciplines, locations into a consolidated IMS.
• Lead schedule status cycles and validate dates, durations, forecast dates and progress.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify activities impacting milestones.
• Maintain schedule health and document DCMA 14-point scheduling assessments.
• Track baselines, what-if analyses, and contingency plans.
