Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks an IMS Systems Administrator to support the Global Shared Services Client Accounts Payable team. You will configure user profiles, design and maintain invoice workflows, and ensure seamless property integrations with the IMS.

You’ll work with internal and external teams on improvements and provide user training. The role requires experience in accounts payable/IMS, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or IMS administration
• Experience with user management and internal controls in high-volume AP environments
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and create IMS user profiles and access
• Design and optimize invoice workflows for efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with clients and IMS support teams to resolve issues
• Set up new properties and ensure correct integration with systems and roles
• Provide training and documentation for IMS users
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
