Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Impound Admin Notary to join our SCM and MVtrac division in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on preparing, processing, and notarizing required documentation to support the timely release of impounded vehicles nationwide.

The candidate must live within commuting distance to the Dallas office, be 100% on-site, and bring strong organizational skills, document handling, and MS Office proficiency to ensure compliance and accuracy in all filings.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• 2 years experience in repossession, asset recovery, impounds, automotive finance, or document processing
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare state-specific forms, hold harmless agreements, authorization documents, and other documents for release of impounded vehicles
• Notarize documents as required and coordinate submission and delivery (FedEx/USPS)
• Track outstanding documentation and complete additional admin duties as assigned by Impound Management
