Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• ERP proficiency (TMS, JDE, SAP).
• Ability to create KPI reports and analyze data.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, packaging and shipping brick products.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling and cycle counts.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight for domestic and international shipments.
• Develop KPI metrics and report to senior management.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
