Job summary

Glen-Gery Corporation seeks an Import Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for brick products, ensuring safe handling, accurate inventory, and efficient material flow. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong logistics experience, with ERP proficiency and KPI-driven improvement initiatives.

The position focuses on coordinating inbound/outbound freight, supervising staff, and maintaining safety standards while implementing process improvements to optimize capacity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related operations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead directing warehouse or operations teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (TMS, JDE, SAP).
• Ability to create reports, analyze data and report KPI’s to Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, packaging and shipping brick products or other related duties as assigned by Import/Export Sr. Mgmt.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling, documentation, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight for domestic and international shipments with other departments.
• Develop and report KPI’s to measure inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and shipping accuracy.
