Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Service Delivery coordinator in Itasca, IL to manage release and entry processing for air/ocean shipments, including US Customs and PGA releases. The role includes a structured training program and teamwork within the Release Operations team.

You will handle data entry, document verification, and communication with clients and carriers, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate release and entry processing for air and/or ocean shipments, including US Customs and PGA releases.
Create customs entries by selecting the correct client and reviewing documentation.
Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing in NSCs with accuracy.
Ensure correct value for duty and tariff treatment based on invoices and terms of sale.
Work with teammates to obtain missing documentation or instructions for release.
Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating requirements.
Escalate two-step release issues to the appropriate team members.
Participate in day-to-day Release Operations in NSCs.
Utilize system automation tools to support release processing.
Open files for new shipments and prepare entry summaries as needed.
Monitor release status for Customs and PGA at time of release.
Follow SOPs and client instructions, suggesting changes as needed.
Respond to information requests from team or traffic via phone or email.
Prioritize and complete work according to supervisor direction and customs requirements.
Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, forwarders, and Customs.
