Job summary

Palmen Motors Kenosha Campus in Kenosha, WI is seeking a KIA Service Technician to service customer vehicles with accuracy and care. You will diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles in the service department, with strong attention to detail and a focus on the customer experience.

Reporting to the Service Director, the role requires 5+ years of Kia/import experience and ASE certification. Import knowledge is highly preferred; a valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of KIA or Import Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification required.
• A-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and diagnostics on vehicles per repair orders.
• Test-drive vehicles and components with diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, suspension, and braking systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor on additional services.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and execute warranty work.
