Job summary

Jobtailor in Bridgewater, MA seeks an experienced Import/Export Logistics Manager to oversee daily shipments across ocean, air, ground, and parcel. You will coordinate bookings with forwarders, brokers, and carriers, and ensure end-to-end tracking and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience, 8+ years in import/export operations, and deep knowledge of US regulations including CBP, FDA, and USDA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in import/export logistics operations.
• Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations (CBP, FDA, USDA).
• HTS classification, valuation, and country of origin rules.
• Incoterms, customs entry processes and duty programs.
• AES filing, ISF requirements, Free Trade Agreements.
• Hazardous materials regulations (49 CFR, IATA, IMDG) preferred.

• Troubleshoot shipment delays, customs holds, and documentation issues.
