You will coordinate clearance, interface with freight forwarders and brokers, submit EEI to ACE, audit entries, and support trade compliance activities while maintaining records and meeting on-time delivery goals.

The role of the import and export coordinator is crucial in managing the import and export logistics and documentation involved in the international import and export of shipments of US export-controlled goods (subject to EAR and ITAR licensing) at the manufacturing site by implementing appropriate work procedures and responsible for the movement of merchandise in/out of the country in compliance with all federal, Customs and local regulations.
