  • Verify that documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant before shipment release, and prepare supporting shipping documents as needed to ensure on‑time deliveries.
Transportation & Carrier Coordination

Customs & Compliance
  • Partner with customs brokers to ensure timely, accurate customs entries, supplying documentation, confirming HTS classifications, and supporting ISF (10+2) filings.
  • Support compliance with U.S. import and export regulations and internal SOPs, escalating issues as they arise.
Recordkeeping & Reconciliation
  • Maintain organized, audit‑ready shipment records and files within company systems.
  • Reconcile freight, duty, and brokerage charges against invoices and purchase orders; investigate and help resolve discrepancies.
Cross‑Functional Communication & Support
  • Act as a day‑to‑day point of contact for shipment status, liaising between production, purchasing, warehouse, wholesale, retail, and Head Office teams.
  • Provide timely, clear communication on delays, constraints, and resolution paths, escalating when needed with context and proposed actions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics and transportation group as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade preferred (or equivalent experience).
