Job Description: The North America TIB Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for E2E supply chain processes, ensuring optimal service levels and seamless coordination with the TIB across the Global Supply Chain. This role requires close collaboration with Regulatory, Global Trade, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regional Coordinators to review and maintain centralized TIB transition data for the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to develop strategies, identify risks of shortages and excess inventory, and optimize supply allocation among regions.
Work with personnel to identify and address problem areas affecting customer service, capacity, forecast, inventory levels, and more, taking direct and indirect action as needed.
Maintain up-to-date TIB information in appropriate systems, covering the entire E2E supply chain from demand planning to outbound shipment to internal or external customers.
Develop, quantify, and evaluate the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support strategic objectives and drive operational excellence.
Manage data and technology, including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management, and reporting.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business metrics, analytical techniques/tools, and their application in effective sales data management and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A collaborative team player capable of influencing without authority.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, on time, and with minimal oversight.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
