Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process international air import shipments from arrival through delivery.
• Use CargoWise to manage shipment files, update milestones, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport providers, and customers.
• Monitor shipment arrivals, delivery arrangements, and potential delays.
• Ensure import documentation and shipment data are accurate and complete.
• Provide timely updates and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and applicable import requirements.

Join a large, global freight forwarding organization as an Air Import Operator, supporting international air freight operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

We are seeking candidates with air import experience and working knowledge of CargoWise who can help manage shipments, coordinate with airlines and overseas agents, maintain accurate shipment records, and provide excellent customer service.

SHIFT OPTIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

OVERNIGHT SHIFTS

• Tuesday–Saturday: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday: 11:30 PM–8:00 AM

AFTERNOON/EVENING SHIFTS

• Tuesday–Saturday: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

IMPORTANT: The overnight positions involve working from 11:30 PM until 8:00 AM the following morning. Candidates must be comfortable and available to work their selected fixed schedule.
