Mountain States Toyota is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. This role diagnoses, repairs, and maintains vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards, delivering high quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive technician experience or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills across vehicle systems.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred; willingness to pursue training.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
• Complete repair orders clearly and efficiently, documenting all work performed.
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and meet service department efficiency goals.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and verify fixes.
• Communicate with service advisors about recommended repairs and timelines.
