Job summary
Swickard Toyota of Edmonds is seeking an experienced flat-rate technician in Edmonds, WA. You will diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles, perform multi-point inspections, and document all work accurately.
Toyota experience is preferred, but strong technicians from other brands are welcome and encouraged to apply. The role offers a progressive pay plan based on certifications and tenure, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Flat-rate technician with solid diagnostic skills and a high quality standard.
- Dealership technician experience preferred; Toyota experience is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic foundation for multi-system problems.
- Techstream or equivalent diagnostic platform experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles across systems using OEM procedures.
- Perform multi-point inspections and develop repair plans for service advisors.
- Execute repairs to factory specs with speed and accuracy.
- Document all work and parts used on repair orders.
