We are seeking a bright and passionate Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in our growth. This role involves managing the entire customer implementation process, from onboarding and system configuration to leading projects through the Go-Live phase. The Implementation Specialist collaborates with internal and external teams, engages with customers, and applies technical and project management skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Own customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live, ensuring timely execution, achievement of project goals, and exceeding expectations.
2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and user guides.
3. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into effective product configurations.
4. Train customers on software usage, best practices, and workflow optimization.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the main contact during implementation.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones.
7. Ensure a seamless transition from implementation to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of software implementation experience.
