Job summary

Cypress HCM in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Implementation Specialist to configure new client data in payroll and HRIS systems, collaborating with sales, training, and operations.

You will deliver precise implementations on time, support clients through the process, and help develop best practices for future specialists.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of HCM, Benefit, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping experience.
• 2+ years of payroll/HCM implementation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; able to manage multiple implementations.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement new client products and services within the platform.
• Use conversion programs or templates to import employee data into isolved.
• Enter and verify data; validate totals against client records.
• Identify and communicate client requirements effectively.
• Provide client support via phone and email; maintain ongoing communication.
• Monitor and maintain implementation timelines.

• Maintain relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will configure new client data in our payroll and HRIS systems, collaborating closely with the sales, training, and operations teams. Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality and precise implementations within the required timelines while providing ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Implement new client products and services within the platform.
• Utilize conversion programs or templates to import employee data into isolved.
• Accurately enter and verify all data, including validating totals against client records.
• Identify and communicate client requirements effectively.
• Provide client support via phone and email and maintain consistent communication throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor and maintain implementation timelines.
• Record system issues in tracking systems.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks.
