Doxim is hiring an Implementation Specialist to join our Atlanta team onsite. You will enhance and support software solutions using C#/.NET, work on document processing apps, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet client requirements.

You will manage SDLC practices, translate customer needs into robust design layouts, and contribute to scalable, maintainable solutions, with a focus on in-office collaboration in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, or batch processing.
• Experience with web applications, XML web services, and web servers is an asset.
• Understanding of relational data modeling and SQL proficiency in MS SQL Server or other DBMS.
• Strong knowledge of core programming concepts, theories, and patterns.
• Proficiency in responsive HTML email development, CSS, Bootstrap, and accessibility.

• Configure Doxim document processing applications, including ECM, API integrations, e-Notification, and document archiving solutions.
• Support clients with API portal integrations involving Doxim products and related services.
• Design, build, and maintain small to mid-sized statement composition projects with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure implementations meet specifications and business requirements.
• Apply SDLC principles to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into efficient document design layouts.
• Partner with project teams to define customer requirements and develop product/technical solutions.
• Be proactive in owning client commitments and mitigating project risks.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide end-user training.

Doxim's Next Implementation Specialist - C#/.NET

Reporting to the Director of Data Processing, you will play a key role in the continuous enhancement, modernization, and support of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the C#/.NET Framework and be capable of contributing to solutions based on C#/.NET Core. You will be a strong, self-directed problem solver with the ability to navigate and work within existing codebases, collaborate effectively with diverse team members, and uphold a high standard of code quality and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Doxim document processing applications, including ECM, API integrations, e-Notification, and document archiving solutions.
• Support clients with API portal integrations involving Doxim products and related services.

• Translate customer requirements documentation into efficient, maintainable, and well-structured document design layouts.
• Partner with project teams to define customer requirements and develop appropriate product and technical solutions.
• Act as a proactive and collaborative team member, demonstrating ownership of client commitments and identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, provide application support, and deliver basic end-user training.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related field
• Equivalent work experience may be considered
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, or batch processing.
• Experience working on web applications, XML web services, and/or web servers is an asset.

• Comprehensive understanding of core programming concepts, theories, and patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Highly proficient knowledge and experience with responsive HTML email development, XSLT code development, CSS, Bootstrap, C#, and accessibility knowledge.
