What You'll Do

• Lead new clinic implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Configure the software to meet clinic workflows and timelines
• Deliver engaging, effective product training to clinicians and staff
• Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with our product and support teams
• Document and improve implementation processes as we scale
• Build relationships with customers that lead to long-term success
