Job summary

Intaker in Los Angeles is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding of our SaaS features for law firms, ensuring smooth deployments and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales and customer success to translate needs into solutions, become a product expert, and educate customers on new functionalities, best practices, and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end implementation of various features
• Work closely with sales and customer success to understand customers' needs and to ensure successful product implementation
• Become an expert in how the product functions
• Educate customers about product features and new functionalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other analytical fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams

Preferred:

• Experience in implementation, Customer Success, or Sales functions in SaaS
• Estimated total earnings: $70,000-$75,000 if meeting KPIs
• Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
