The construction industry is undergoing a quiet but significant shift. More work is moving off the jobsite and into controlled fabrication environments where mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems can be built faster, safer, and with far greater precision.
This company sits right in the middle of that shift.
They develop purpose-built software designed specifically for construction prefabrication shops. Their platform helps contractors plan, manage, and optimize fabrication workflows, from spool drawings and production planning through to shop floor execution. By connecting the office, the fabrication shop, and the field, they help contractors improve productivity, reduce waste, and deliver projects faster.
Their customers include forward-thinking MEP contractors who are investing heavily in prefab and manufacturing-style operations to gain a competitive edge.
As adoption continues to grow across North America, they are now looking for someone who understands fabrication from the inside to help new customers successfully implement the platform and unlock its full value.
The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customers successfully adopt the platform and integrate it into their fabrication operations.
This is a highly customer-facing role that combines software implementation, industry consulting, and hands-on training. You will guide contractors through the onboarding process, helping them translate their real-world shop workflows into a digital environment.
Because this software is designed specifically for fabrication shops, the ideal person for this role understands how prefabrication operations actually work, whether that comes from managing a shop, running machinery, or leading fabrication teams.
You will work closely with customers, but also act as an internal advocate for them, providing feedback to Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to help continuously improve the platform and the overall customer experience.
