Job summary

Careington International in Frisco, TX is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our client-facing project delivery team. You’ll create and maintain project plans, schedule client meetings, track milestones, and document decisions.

This hybrid role offers mentorship from seasoned project managers, growth into PM or client success paths, and exposure to cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, IT, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our implementation process, including creating and maintaining project plans that align with the project scope. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in the world of project delivery.
