Qualifications

• Master’s degree in implementation science or related field required.
• Experience with research design, data collection, recruitment, screening, enrollment, and mixed methods reporting preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, data collection, data entry and data management for studies (35%).
• Collaborate with investigators and teams to develop protocols and capacity-building strategies (20%).
• Develop implementation science toolkits, practice guides, and educational materials (15%).
• Support reporting and assessment of metrics, maintain partner communications (10%).
• Assist with literature reviews, grant-writing and manuscript development tasks (10%).
• Supervise study team members (10%).
