Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a full-time Implementation Science Specialist in the Department of Public Health Sciences to support cancer-focused dissemination and implementation research at Hollings Cancer Center.

You will work with investigators, clinicians, health system leaders and community partners to apply implementation science frameworks and mixed methods to study design and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in implementation science or a related field.
• Two years of relevant program experience as described.
• Detail-oriented and capable of problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, data collection, data entry and data management activities for implementation science research studies.
• Collaborate with Implementation Science Initiative and cancer teams to build capacity in implementation and dissemination research.
• Assist with development of toolkits, guides, educational materials and other tools.
• Support reporting requirements by developing and coordinating assessment metrics with teams.
• Perform literature reviews and assist with grant-writing and manuscript development.
• Supervise implementation science study team members.
