The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, invites applications for a Research Project Manager A. This role splits time between implementing science program navigation and coordinating complex research projects within Perelman School of Medicine.

The successful candidate will manage study protocols, navigate IRB submissions, assist with grant writing and manuscript preparation, and mentor team members while collaborating with internal and external partners to advance translational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in implementation science or health services research.
• Strong interpersonal collaboration and communication skills.
• 3-5 years of research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages project/program activities and implements protocols; develops, implements and manages work plans and time-frames in order to ensure project goals.
• Supervises assigned laboratory and or support personnel; delegates and coordinates tasks based on developed plans.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation related to project/grant proposals/ manuscripts/animal protocol development, advises those associated with projects (PI) regarding project status.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
