Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Research and program development experience.
• Skills in implementation science or health services research.
• Strong interpersonal collaboration and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of research experience preferred.
• Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program activities and implement protocols.
• Develop, implement, and manage work plans and timelines to ensure project goals.
• Communicate project and program activities through clear, coordinated project-related communications.
• Supervise assigned laboratory and support personnel.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks based on developed plans.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation for project and grant proposals, manuscripts, and animal protocol development.
• Advise principal investigators and project stakeholders regarding project status.
• Triage implementation science consultation requests.
• Conduct intake meetings with investigators requesting implementation science support.
• Coordinate with Penn and CHOP researchers to develop and support tailored consultation plans.
• Assist with study protocol development, IRB submissions, grant writing, manuscript preparation, data management, and statistical analyses.
• Support the team's research strategy and projects.
• Potentially co-author papers
