Job summary

Martin, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Support to assist the Implementation Manager with project completion for new sites and initiatives. You will help manage inventory, verify parts, and maintain customer relationships while meeting timelines and budgets.

The role involves organizing storerooms, data collection, and providing training as needed. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, travel as required, and work full-time in a site-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing inventory management preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to identify MRO parts for projects.
• Perform item verification and data collection to build the customer item database.
• Clean, organize, and sort inventory in the customer's storeroom and related areas.
• Assist in completing all activities on the MPS Implementation Checklist.
• Communicate potential constraints to timelines or budgets.
• Provide operational support to new sites after go-live.
