Martin Incorporated in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, inventory management, purchasing, and receiving activities to ensure reliable parts flow.

You will build strong customer relationships, maintain service levels, and drive cost-effective procurement while upholding Martin's motto “Helping Companies Operate Better.” The role requires leadership of on-site staff and collaboration with corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Distribution, Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovative business expansion through new services or cost savings.
• Manage budget including P&L responsibility.
• Determine proper inventory levels.
• Analyze spend and reduce unit costs.
• Resolve daily issues and audits of site operations.
• Maintain an organized and safe storeroom.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate with Martin Corporate (Accounting, Purchasing, IT, HR, Quality).
• Prepare weekly activity updates and monthly KPI reports.
• Support data submissions for proposals and expansions.
