Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, public health, or related field.
• 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, research, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining quality and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of research protocols and regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple research projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, resources, and risk tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and managing communications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed project documents, including protocols, meeting minutes, and data management records.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures for cost efficiency.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items, and track decisions with precision.
• Support onboarding and coordination of research team members and external collaborators.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
