Job summary

UC San Francisco's Office of Medical Education seeks an Implementation Project Manager to coordinate the F1 phase of SJV PRIME+ across UCSF, UCSF Fresno, and UC Merced, driving Day-1 readiness for Fall 2027. The role requires organizing implementation activities, maintaining plans, tracking milestones, and supporting execution across functional domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of operational experience in project management or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of common organizational or research software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
• Advanced project management skills and familiarity with process improvement.
• Experience with multi-project coordination in higher education or healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities across UCSF, UCSF Fresno, and UC Merced.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, and documentation; monitor progress toward targets.
• Develop tools and documentation; provide status updates and executive presentations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and follow‑up to ensure on‑time execution.
