Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist in Birmingham, AL to coordinate multi-department projects and drive implementations from discovery to rollout. You will collaborate with various departments, develop project plans, manage resources, and keep stakeholders informed.

The role emphasizes strong organization, client-facing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across levels in a fast-growing veterinary services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from discovery to implementation.
• Document plans, timelines, and critical paths; develop project plans and Gantt charts.
• Define resources and requirements with project leaders; track progress and issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate project reports and ensure notes and decisions are distributed.
