• Identify key internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, healthcare organizations, and third-party vendors.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Implementation Manager to manage and oversee Cinnamon’s healthcare integration work. This role is responsible for handling the implementation logistics for HL7 interfaces, SFTP batch files, and VPN network connectivity to ensure a seamless experience between Cinnamon and the healthcare customers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation

• Lead the implementation of HL7 interfaces and SFTP batch file integrations with customer EHR systems
• Collaborate with healthcare customers to integrate solutions into their workflows effectively
• Lead troubleshooting efforts between Cinnamon and healthcare technical teams
• Coordinate testing and validation to ensure accurate data exchange and compliance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations
• Organize go-live support which includes documentation, issue resolution, and training

Project Management

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data privacy standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare integrations (ex. Google Cloud Platform / GCP)
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (VPNs, IP Addresses, Network Address Translation, etc)
• Familiarity with FHIR, X12, NCPDP, and other interoperability standards
• Knowledge of how Electronic Data Interchange engines (ex. Corepoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Ensemble) function at a high level
• Knowledge of EHR integration platforms (Epic Bridges, Cerner Open Engine, Meditech Data Repository) at a high level
