Job summary

RemoteHunter is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive successful software deployments, handle customer expansions, and manage data migrations. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, coordinate client communications, and ensure on-time delivery while mitigating risks.

The role requires 2–4 years in SaaS implementations, strong communication skills, and experience working with clients at executive levels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in professional services or process consulting in SaaS implementations
• Experience with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience engaging with clients and managing executive-level meetings
• Familiarity with data cleaning, migration and Excel skills
• Preferred: knowledge of promotional content approval or regulated industries

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of product implementations including project planning, requirements capture, testing, delivery, and launch support
• Coordinate client communication and support data migration and integration efforts
• Translate complex business requirements into configuration solutions, enforcing best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor with product knowledge to align solutions with client goals
• Define and maintain project schedules, prioritize competing demands, and mitigate risks

It focuses on helping clients optimize business workflows and manage complex content approval efficiently, serving a diverse customer base with scalable software implementations.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Implementation Manager role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of new software implementations, customer expansions, data migrations, and system integrations. This position ensures projects are completed on time while managing internal and customer dependencies and priorities. The role is critical for customer satisfaction and early adoption of the platform, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

3. Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of product implementations including project planning, requirements capture, testing, delivery, and launch support


• Coordinate client communication and support data migration and integration efforts


• Translate complex business requirements into configuration solutions, enforcing best practices


• Act as a trusted advisor with comprehensive product knowledge to align solutions with client goals


• Define and maintain project schedules, prioritize competing demands, and mitigate risks


• Follow established processes for consistent and efficient customer onboarding


• Identify and elevate potential blockers or gaps in implementations

4. Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in professional services or process consulting, ideally in SaaS implementation, business analysis, or product management


• Familiarity with business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management


• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management proficiency


• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and ensure completion


• Experience engaging directly with clients and managing executive-level meetings


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Preferred: knowledge of promotional content approval or regulated industries


• Preferred: experience with data cleaning, import, migration, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills


• Preferred: experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Zendesk, HubSpot, and GUIDEcx
