Job summary

Maybern is transforming private fund management with a fully agentic operating system. We seek an Implementation Manager to lead complex client implementations, translate fund structures into scalable solutions, and drive adoption across multi-team delivery.

In this role, you’ll develop the Implementation team, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, and maintain high standards of execution. Client-facing leadership and strategic product input are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in private funds, fund accounting, operations, or fund management software implementations.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams with direct people-management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to translate complex fund structures into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Implementation team, including coaching and career development.
• Oversee planning and execution of complex implementation workstreams with cross-functional engagement.
• Become a product expert to guide configuration and product enhancements during implementations.
• Engage with clients in discovery sessions, solution design, and implementation reviews.
• Build strong client partnerships and manage expectations throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to resolve challenges and drive product improvements.
• Improve implementation processes, playbooks, and the operating model to scale delivery.
