Job summary

OptiFunder Corp is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementations from kickoff to post-implementation support. You will manage multiple client projects, build strong relationships, and ensure clarity, accountability, and delivery success across cross-functional teams.

The role requires coordinating with clients to drive project visibility and milestones, maintaining rigorous plans, and guiding teams through go-live and transition to support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with software implementations and system integrations.
• Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management processes.
• Excellent written communication for technical and business stakeholders.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent OptiFunder implementations from sales handoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting for clear visibility of status, risks, and readiness.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and assumptions through the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client contact to drive alignment and decision making.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to drive accountability and objectives.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, steering committees, and status meetings; ensure testing and go-live readiness.
