Job summary

Billee Technologies Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Director of Implementation to lead end-to-end client deployments for our utility billing platform. You will own requirements workshops, data migrations, and cross-team coordination to deliver live systems that meet regulatory needs and client objectives.

You’ll manage multiple concurrent implementations, translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and ensure quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in utility billing software implementations in multifamily real estate.
• Strong SQL skills and data migration experience.
• Proficiency in system integration methodologies and API configuration.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PUC) and rate structures.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent technical projects independently.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to train non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure billing platform for client rate structures and regulatory needs.
• Design and execute data migrations with validation.
• Serve as primary technical contact during implementations and UAT.
• Develop and execute QA testing for billing accuracy and compliance.
