Qualifications

• Certified bachelor’s/masters in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience leading and managing implementation teams (4+ years).
• Strong accounting knowledge and project management skills.
• Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Advanced skills in strategic tools and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and retain a substantial team.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions.
• Direct subordinates with policy and management oversight.
• Coordinate learning transfers between Sales, Global Delivery and Operations.
• Interacts with peers and presents project updates across time zones.
