Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking an experienced Project Manager 2 to serve as the primary liaison between Comcast Business and customers for new service installations. You will manage the project lifecycle, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with SLAs.

In this role you will communicate progress to customers, escalate issues as needed, and maintain accurate project data in internal systems while enabling teams to fulfill install

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with CX, project management and services management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are delivered correctly within the planned interval schedule.
• Coordinate deployment of carrier circuits within the standard interval schedule.
• Monitor timely completion of deliverables per the implementation plan.
• Provide progress reports and escalate issues to drive project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project information in internal systems and communicate with customers.
• Lead status meetings and manage escalations with internal and external teams.
