Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an Implementation Lead - Accounts Receivable to oversee client delivery and product implementation of integrated receivables solutions, from discovery to go-live.

You will lead multi-team projects, configure remittance matching workflows, and work in a hybrid environment blending remote and on-site collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in cash application/AR or software implementation, with ERP experience and interest in AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• BS degree required, preferably in a related field.
• 5+ years in cash application, accounts receivable operations, or software implementation.
• Proficiency in cash application processes and remittance handling.
• Experience with bank file formats such as BAI2, EDI 820/823, and NACHA.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Excel for data validation and reconciliation tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows and willingness to learn new technologies

• Lead customer implementations, managing project plans, milestones, and risk across multiple engagements.
• Conduct discovery sessions to document receivables processes and design tailored solutions.
