Quorso is helping retailers transform operations with a data-led approach. As an Implementation & Insights Consultant, you’ll work at the heart of our customer analytics team, using SQL and BI tools to turn complex data into clear actions for store performance and executive decisions.

You’ll partner with client teams to define analytical needs, create dashboards, and translate findings into practical recommendations that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in BI, analytics or data-driven decision support, preferably in retail or SaaS.
• Strong SQL and Excel; comfortable with complex datasets.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action.
• Strong communication; explain findings to non-technical audiences.

The Opportunity

As an Implementation & Insights Consultant, you’ll sit at the heart of our customer analytics function, helping some of the world’s largest retailers make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll use SQL and BI tools to explore complex operational data, uncover trends, and turn those findings into clear, actionable insights.

You’ll work closely with our Customer, Product and Implementation teams to ensure that the data powering Quorso’s platform is accurate, meaningful, and easy for our clients to act on.

This is an analytical role focused on insight generation - not building data pipelines or warehouses.

What you’ll do

• Partner with enterprise customer teams to understand business operations and define analytical requirements.
• Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyse large, messy retail datasets and surface meaningful insights.
• Create dashboards and visualisations that highlight store performance, identify improvement opportunities and measure results.
• Translate data findings into practical recommendations that drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer and Implementation teams to ensure our data stories connect with business priorities.
• Continuously refine how we interpret and present data, improving clarity, speed and impact for internal teams and clients alike

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years’ experience in BI, analytics or data-driven decision support (ideally within retail, FMCG, or SaaS).
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with confidence working directly with complex datasets.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
• An analytical mindset with a genuine curiosity about what data reveals and how it can drive action.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Collaborative and commercially aware, able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Even better if you have

• Experience working with retail, FMCG or other operational data environments
• Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes or data modelling
• Hands‑on experience using data to drive operational change or performance improvement
• Familiarity with how data flows from source systems into BI tools
• A track record of influencing decisions or improving processes through data insights
