Job description

What You'll Do

• Implement systems and processes for all of Stord's business units
• Oversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brands
• Deploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go‑live and hypercare
• Implement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to end
• Implement physical and system processes to ensure self‑sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operation
• Engage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launch
• Serve as a partner to ensure on‑going needs are being met to the standard provided
• Build easy to understand SOPs to hand‑off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations teams

What You'll Need

• Warehouse or WMS implementation experience
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce fulfillment processes
• Ability to manage complex projects and facilitate cross‑functional planning and execution
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Experience managing an array of teams and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Risk and opportunity mitigation and management experience

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics
