Role and Responsibilities

This position reports to the Head of Solutions and is remote, with up to 10% travel for company events. You’ll play a crucial role in transforming customer goals into reality. Enterprise clients often seek solutions to reduce payment processing fees, involving multiple departments—from sales and finance to IT and legal. You’ll address these challenges by creating technical and non-technical programs, providing tailored solutions, and acting as a trusted consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist integrators during development, answering API and payment-related questions and guiding successful implementations.
2. Own the certification process to ensure integrated solutions meet all technical, compliance, and performance requirements.
3. Work with QA to ensure testing reflects real-world integration scenarios.
4. Develop deep expertise in the company’s APIs and the broader payments landscape.
5. Gather feedback from integrators to improve documentation, SDKs, and support resources.
6. Collaborate across teams to enhance integration experiences and drive product evolution.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years in systems integration, technical support, or a similar role in the payments industry
• Strong understanding of credit card processing, tokenization, and PCI compliance
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and troubleshooting
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical requirements with clear communication
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and curious

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a startup
• Familiarity with Postman, API testing tools, and monitoring systems
• Prior experience certifying or QAing payment integrations
