Job summary

UNIS seeks an Implementation Engineer to bridge technology and client success, configuring, deploying, integrating, and optimizing software for clients. You will play a key role in onboarding and solution delivery to boost operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with project managers, developers, and product owners, train clients, provide post-implementation support, and leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype front-end solutions, driving iterative value for customers.

Qualifications

• Formal degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• Experience implementing software and integrating systems.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of SQL, APIs and databases.
• Familiar with SaaS, deployment strategies and cloud tech.
• Experience prototyping with modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• 1. Gather and analyze client business requirements, ensuring thorough understanding to configure and implement software solutions that align with their needs.
• 2. Install, integrate, test, and deploy software platforms while addressing client feedback and ensuring a high standard of quality control.
• 3. Collaborate with internal teams—including project managers, developers, and product owners—to design and deliver best-practice solutions.
• 5. Train clients and provide post-implementation support to ensure proper adoption of solutions, as well as conduct reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• 6. Leverage AI tools to create rapid front-end mockups and prototypes, ensuring iterative delivery that meets customers' evolving expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in software implementation, systems integration, or technical consulting roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages and scripting, including Python, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of SQL, APIs, and database management principles.
• Familiarity with modern SaaS solutions, deployment strategies, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in rapidly creating and iterating prototypes using modern AI tools.

Preferred Requirements:

• 1. Experience in Agile environments, particularly those leveraging AI for project delivery.
• 2. Fluency in Mandarin to support customers in multilingual contexts.
• 3. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ITSM platforms to facilitate project tracking and collaboration.
• 4. Hands-on experience with monitoring and performance tools like New Relic or Grafana.
• 5. Prior exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and automation technologies, especially in enterprise application integration.
