About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions and change the way the world banks.
You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports, and operational needs of our customers to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap to guide clients through the process, teaching them our products and coaching them through setup and integration.
About the team:
This role requires handling client implementations with high project complexities and sensitive deadlines that have financial consequences. Work assignments are not suitable for beginners or entry-level candidates.
