The role involves documenting requirements, designing configurations, and delivering end-user training while working both on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in professional services, familiarity with Oracle/MSSQL, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• GIS coursework is a plus.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience in software implementation or professional services.

The ideal candidate will have established experience in a similar professional services environment, specifically in the areas of business analysis, web application configuration and setup consulting, technical/functional specification creation, user acceptance testing and train-the-trainer and/or end-user-oriented training, all in both an onsite and remote capacity.
