Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding in HR technology and payroll solutions. You will oversee the implementation lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include setting up client shells and dashboards, managing multiple client implementations, and auditing payroll/HR data to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Payroll outsourcing or PEO industry required.
• Payroll & Tax subject matter knowledge required.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency with Office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Sheets/Docs).

Responsibilities

• Completes Client shell set up and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
• Manages multiple client implementations, runs first payrolls, and trains newly onboarded clients.
• Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing and executing implementation project plan.
• Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs and recommends solutions.
• Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and related items.
• Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process.
• Reviews and audits Client payroll and HR data for accuracy.
• Understands Service Types and Service Model to facilitate transition to ongoing service.

Position Summary

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for being a subject matter expert in the respective functional area. This role involves overseeing the client implementation process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, all while ensuring exceptional client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes Client shell set up and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
• Manages multiple client implementations, runs first payroll(s), and trains newly onboarded clients.
• Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for developing and executing implementation project plan.
• Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs and recognize Client business concerns to recommend and implement and appropriate solution.
• Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones, tasks, and other related items.
• Works with Business Consultant to initiate the Client Implementation process.
• Reviews and audits Client payroll and HR data for accuracy.
• Responsible for understanding our Service Types and Service Model, to better facilitate Client
• transition to the ongoing Service Model.
