Description
This position will be a onsite for the first 90 days and then will transition to a hybrid position.

Position Summary
The Implementation Analyst supports the Transaction Tax Compliance function by assisting on new client implementations and data processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze client source data reports and build data models from multiple client reporting platforms for import into DMA systems
- Establish guidelines for tax credits, amended returns, renewals, notice handling expectations, funding procedures, and reporting requirements
- Document compliance processes and procedures for each new client
- Setup new client profile in all internal software systems used for return preparation
- Maintain client contact throughout new client onboarding process
- Manage transition process from onboarding to production
- Troubleshoot and resolve client data issues during onboarding
- Process client data feeds into tax software program
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with online filing and back-end client reporting as needed
- Support Production team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience with DMA or in a similar position
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn Transaction Tax and software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
