This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.? You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.? The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.?

Position Overview:

The Implementation Analyst I (Employee Navigator) is responsible for partnering with brokers and clients utilizing Employee Navigator, bSwift resellers and other Benefit Administration integration platforms. This Implementation Analyst I will retain clients by providing outstanding customer service through basic technical knowledge, effectively leveraging available resources and prioritizing issues. The Analyst will work with Paylocity's internal partners to ensure the on-time delivery of projects as they relate to Benefit Administration integrations we support as well as mutual clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation efforts between partners, Third Party Benefit Administration systems, and Paylocity to fully integrate the two systems on our API solution. Success is measured by timely responsiveness & proactive follow up to drive implementation to completion.
  • Provide brokers with guidance on benefit administration best practices, organizational change management and a consultative approach to determine broker and client's requirements while also providing industry best practices where applicable.
  • Manage workload to maintain availability for partners on a consistent basis.
  • Problem solve, troubleshoot & effectively resolve issues for client/broker; escalate when needed.
  • Meet SLAs and key internal client service metrics including availability, outbound adherence, first call resolution, escalations, client retention, etc. as monitored by Leadership Team. This Analyst will also leverages metrics to understand performance, listen to feedback, seek to understand, adjust behaviors and identify where additional support is needed.
  • Appropriately & effectively use resources to find and validate answers, resolve and document issues in a way that adheres to benefit policies and ensures seamless client support.
  • Assist with any special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years' client facing experience in a collaborative, team-orientated environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 12+ months experience utilizing Paylocity's payroll services product(s)
  • Previous experience in the benefits market space is a plus!
  • Related professional certifications are a plus! These would include: PHR, SPHR CBP, CEBS, CPP, or FPC.
  • Strong ability to interact with and manage clients in difficult situations
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in high-touch, expertise-driven interactions in the employer and benefits market space
  • Ability to work successfully at both a strategic and tactical level with clients and senior management
  • Self-starter with proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • History of achieving and exceeding assigned goals
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to adapt to adjusted client priorities

The base pay range for this position is $43,600 - $81,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
