Job summary

FactSet seeks a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to manage onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers from New York. You will coordinate with clients, brokers, and cross-functional teams to configure trader accounts, environments and trade routes.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with onsite and remote work, exposure to financial markets, and a path to scale complex data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new languages.
  • Interest in financial markets and investment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases, Java and/or Python a plus.
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage onboarding projects for hedge funds and asset managers to successful completion.
  • Engage with clients to uncover their trading objectives.
