Trident Dental Implant Center in Norco, CA seeks an experienced Implant Treatment Coordinator to own case presentations and achieve monthly targets. You will convert consultations into scheduled treatment, manage the new patient lead pipeline, and coordinate patient financing to close cases.

This role requires implant or full arch case presentation experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with dental practice management software and CRM systems.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years as Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar in a dental practice.
• Experience presenting high value treatment plans and discussing fees with patients.
• Implant or full arch case presentation experience required.
• Working knowledge of third party dental financing platforms and approvals.
• Proficiency with dental PM software and CRM/lead tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with documented follow-up and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct treatment presentations with patients after their consultation with the doctor.
• Present full arch and implant treatment plans, including scope, timeline, and fees.
• Prepare accurate treatment plans and cost estimates.
• Discuss and present financing options, including third party financing programs.
• Process financing applications and coordinate approvals, payment arrangements, and deposits.
• Address patient questions, concerns, and objections regarding treatment and cost.
• Manage the new patient lead pipeline and follow up with patients not yet started.
• Track and report case acceptance rate, conversion, and production metrics.
• Coordinate with doctor and clinical team to schedule accepted cases and ensure seamless transition into treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and financial arrangements in PM/CRM systems.
• Serve as the patient’s primary point of contact from consultation through case completion.
• Meet or exceed established monthly case acceptance and production goals.
